Suzanne holds a M.Ed. from The Pennsylvania State University in Higher Education and a B.S. from Lock Haven University in Management Science. Since 1999, she has served as the Administrative Assistant for The American Center for the Study of Distance Education. In this capacity, she was responsible for all production and marketing aspects of The American Journal of Distance Education and other publications.  She also served as the ACSDE human resources manager, financial manager, and office manager. During her years of service she lead a team to produce three books of readings and was in charge of graphic design for the book covers. In 2001 Suzanne designed a new cover for The American Journal of Distance Education.

In addition, Suzanne holds a position as Project Assistant in the Center for the Study of Higher Education. In this role, Suzanne works on a research project with Drs. Lattuca, Volkwein, and Terenzini. The longitudinal study will evaluate the achievement of the new initiatives instituted by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.
