
Cohorts of US and EU students begin the program each fall semester, studying the first year at EU partners (Fall in Bognor Regis, UK, and Spring in Jönköping, Sweden). Living costs for the year at all three locations is highly comparable.

Consortia Faculty:
Consortia faculty from each partner university collaborate to organize and teach the sequence of courses and field experiences that make up the two year program.
Consortium for Intercultural Reflective Teachers
In the second year, the cohort studies at Penn State to finish an integrated sequence of education courses and field experiences and earn dual Baccalaureate degrees from Penn State and Jönköping University in a total of 4 years.
