Dee Stout recently retired after 33 years of teaching for the Bellefonte Area School District. She was also a supervisor for student teachers at Penn State for five years. She is a life member of the Penn State Alumni Association. She volunteers with the Central Alumni Society Committee, the Soil Conservation office of Mifflin County, Conservation Office in Bellefonte, and with her church.
