Prior to her current position, Pam served as the Assistant Director, Office of Residence Life at Syracuse University. Pam previously served on the Alumni Society Board of Directors at Penn State Erie from 2000-2006, during which time she chaired several reunions, including the 10th year reunion of the class of 1992 and the All-Class Reunion in 2003. Her affiliations include ACUHO-I Southern Africa Task Force, and she was honored as part of the training delegation for the task force. Among her many awards, she received the Senior Vice-President's Award for Excellence, Diversity in 2008.
