The purpose of the Higher Education Program Alumni Council (HEPAC) is to unite and facilitate interaction among and between the constituencies of the Higher Education Program of the College of Education at The Pennsylvania State University. These constituencies include current and former faculty, students, staff, friends, and alumni of the Program. HEPAC aims to support the Program by providing resources, promoting the Program, and providing leadership for the profession. The Spring 2012 event and meeting are scheduled for March 30 - 31, 2012 at University Park.

Friday, March 30, 2012: Higher Education in Review (HER) Symposium, Kern Building, University Park, PA. HER is the student-run journal of Penn State's Higher Education Program.
Board of Directors Meeting
Saturday, March 31, 2012: HEPAC Board of Directors Meeting, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m., 221 Chambers Building. Directors should RSVP to Kris Otto on or before Monday, March 26, 2012 whether they will participate in the meeting in person or via telephone.
Upcoming Conference Gatherings - ASHE, November 2011
Friday, November 18, 2011: Penn State Higher Education Reception, 7:00 - 10:00 p.m., at the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) Conference, Charlotte, NC. The reception will be held in Room 203-A of the Charlotte Convention Center. Heavy hors d'oeuvres, desserts, coffee and tea, cash bar. Join the fellowship and fun!
