Information for ESL certificate program completers

Information for Program Completers

Candidates completing all of the program requirements are encouraged to submit both of these forms directly to the Pennsylvania Department of Education:

  1. PROGRAM SPECIALIST FORM PDE 338PS - ESL
  2. PDE 338 G General Application for PA Certificate

 

Candidates also must include a copy of Penn State’s “Certificate of Completion” with their applications.
