 Welcome to our site. Penn State Counselor Education Programs have:

  • Ph.D. Counselor Education and Master's School Counseling programs accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP);

  • Master's Rehabilitation Counseling program accredited by the Council on Rehabilitation Education (CORE);

  • professionally involved faculty through research, publication, and leadership activities;
