Windows Support
Windows technical support services include: installation, maintenance, upgrades, general diagnostics, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, peripheral recommendations, and consultation to all faculty, staff and graduate students who use Penn State purchased systems and software within the College of Education.
Macintosh Support
Macintosh technical support services include: installation, maintenance, upgrades, general diagnostics, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, peripheral recommendations, and consultation to all faculty, staff and graduate students who use Penn State purchased systems and software within the College of Education.
Network Support
The Carrara Education Technology Center (CETC) installs and maintains a supportive infrastructure for approximately 850 connections in our six buildings. CETC works in conjunction with many other University IT Support units to provide and ensure a safe, secure, and robust environment for our college.
The Krause Innovation Studio @ The Pennsylvania State University's College of Education is a resource for faculty and teachers at the post-secondary level, secondary and elementary school level, and also educators working in informal learning settings such as museums and the work place.
