Video Streaming Services
Video Streaming Resources
1. Penn State ITS Streaming Services This service enables anyone in the Penn State community - faculty and staff - to stream video. You can stream video for course content, research projects, class projects, etc. Just upload a video, and ITS Streaming Services does the rest; there's no need to know any complicated video streaming encoding.
- To request an account from ITS Streaming services start by filling out this web form
or
- Request to be added as a proxy user on the CETC ITS streaming service account fill out our technical assistance form. Make sure to select Graphic Design under the department drop down menu. Note: A proxy user does not have a full account, i.e. they cannot upload movies under their own name and account; they can only log on as part of the associated faculty member's account and only upload/delete/change movies associated with that faculty account.
2. Penn State iTunesU With Penn State on iTunes U, you can use iTunes to access select course materials, lectures, seminars, athletic updates, and other valuable information related to the University. A pilot is underway to allow select courses and other mobile content to be available from Penn State on iTunes U. All of the content available within Penn State on iTunes U will require the iTunes software to view and download materials.
