Educational Specialist Certification


Penn State University offers Educational Specialist Certification programs in the following areas:

Elementary School Counselor K-6
Instructional Technology
Secondary School Counselor 7-12
School Psychologist

 

The Educational Specialist Certificate is issued to a person whose primary responsibility shall be to render professional service other than classroom teaching.

Preparation for this professional certificate is at the graduate level and presumes in-depth study in the area of certification.
