The CEDAR Clinic is a counseling service administered and staffed by the Department of Education Psychology, Counseling and Special Education. The CEDAR Clinic
has two primary purposes: a) to provide counseling regarding vocational, personal, and educational concerns to Penn State students (and occasionally non-students) enrolled at University Park, and b) to provide supervised clinical training to counselor education master's students and counselor education and counseling psychology doctoral students. Two unique features of the Clinic are the unlimited counseling sessions for clients and no fee for services.
