American Indian Leadership Program

The central purpose of the American Indian Leadership Program is the preparation of qualified leaders for service to schools, tribes, educational organizations and government agencies serving American Indian and Alaska Native students.

American Indian Leadership Program (AILP)

 

AILP now has graduate fellowships for American Indian and Alaska Native students who are interested in becoming school principals.  Principals for Student Success, allows participants to earn a master’s degree in Educational Leadership with principalship certification. Learn more here!

Our graduates continue to make a positive difference at local, tribal, state and national levels. The AILP combines academic degrees with Indian knowledge to ensure effective educational leadership. Leadership development, research and policy are emphasized.
