Introduction
Jacqueline Stefkovich is a Professor in the Department of Education Policy Studies at The Pennsylvania State University where she teaches courses related to school law including law and education, personnel, teachers and the law, and an advanced seminar in education law. Before coming to Penn State, she was a professor at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where she taught courses in qualitative research, law, and ethics. She holds a doctoral degree in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University's Graduate School of Education, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a certificate in school psychology from Temple University, and a masters degree in counseling from The University of Connecticut. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
