To be known as a premiere source of preparation for educational leaders and for education policy research which promotes equality and equity, and instills educational leaders with a broad K-16 mission that informs local, state, national, and international policy makers. We believe that this goal will meet critical leadership needs and allow our graduates to use their knowledge to function effectively anywhere in the world.

Our Mission

To create an environment for learning for students and faculty interested in educational policy, administration and leadership in education, and educational theory in kindergarten through higher education. We serve a wide range of educational scholars and professionals, from aspiring teacher-leaders to potential university presidents. Our faculty and students represent all regions of the world and offer unique insights to educational policy across the globe.
