How to Apply
Admission to the IR Certificate Program requires a graduate application ($65 fee) must be completed and submitted to Graduate Enrollment Services. Please note that a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution is required for admission. Materials you will need to provide for the application are: resume, statement of purpose, and one recommendation letter. There is no application fee beyond that paid to the Graduate School as mentioned above.
Please request the following items (if applicable) be sent to the Graduate Certificate in Institutional Research Office:
- Official transcript from the institution awarding your highest degree.
- A copy of TOEFL test results (required for applicants whose first language is not English or who have not received their degree from an institution in which the language of instruction is English).

After the required documents are received, the IR Certificate Faculty Committee will review the application, make a decision on admission, and send a letter to the applicant. The IR Certificate Faculty Committee will assign a faculty advisor and will send the student an Advisement Form to compete.
