SCALE Leadership Program

The Penn State Specialization in Culture and Language Education (SCALE) program was funded by the U. S. Department of Education to train future leaders in the provision of services to English Language Learners. Between 2006 and 2010, the SCALE leadership training program will provide fellowships to eight doctoral-level graduate students in school psychology.
