Keith Wilson, professor of rehabilitation services, says Black Latinos are less likely to receive rehabilitation services than White Latinos.

Preston Green has done extensive work in the area of law and education. His influence helped the Kansas Supreme Court in its decision to change the state legislature's practice of distributing funding.
