Since February 2010, Phil Hoy has served as the College of Education’s assistant director of alumni relations and development. Phil, a graduate of the College of Education, works to foster the connection between alumni and Penn State as well as support alumni in the work they do for the College. Prior to this role, he served as the youth program management coordinator for Penn State Cooperative Education within the College of Agricultural Sciences, where he coordinated statewide 4-H and FFA events. Phil and his wife, Tiffany, share 3 children: Garin, Nora, and Paige. Outside of the College, Phil enjoys camping with his family and woodworking.
