Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Systems-Educational Technology (Online)

The Master’s degree in Instructional Systems — Educational Technology is delivered online through the Penn State World Campus. Dave Popp is the program head of that degree program.

The new online degree will be offered to educators who have an interest in designing, developing, and evaluating the impact of technology based learning experiences. The program has been designed to serve educators who have a direct impact on student technology use. This can be room teachers or technology coordinators who have a direct influence on student technology use. Many of the courses in this program require that projects designed during the course are implemented and evaluated in working rooms.
