Mary Frank

Mary has been employed by Penn State since 1989. Her current responsibilities with ISAL include proposal and award administration, cost analyses, and budget narratives. She negotiates, develops, analyzes, and prepares consulting and purchased service contracts. In addition to her responsibilities of supervision of staff assistants, including interviewing, hiring, and evaluating performance, Mary also serves as compliance officer for ISAL.

Mary has provided conference presentations for both Penn State employees and Pennsylvania Department of Education Bureau of Adult Basic and Literacy Education programs. Workshop topics have included budget building, hiring practices, communications, and grants and contracts.
