Wendy McDowell

Bachelor of Arts, Sociology, Thiel College (1972)

Wendy joined the staff of ISAL in January 2007 as Program Management Assistant. As a staff member of the Workforce Education Research Center, Wendy coordinated the PA WIN program. Wendy was also a coordinator for the National Institute for Literacy's LINCS Workforce Competitiveness Collections and assisted with Pennsylvania Literacy Corps. Wendy currently is an educational job coach for the Penn State Career Pathways Program in partnership with PA CareerLink®, Centre County.
