Frank E. Gallagher, III is a new administrative support assistant in the Department of Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Special Education. His contact information is feg10@psu.edu, phone 865-6643. During the renovation of CEDAR Building, his office space will be at 114 Verizon Building, 224 S. Allen Street.
Heather Winfield is the new associate director of major gifts in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. She began her position on May 7. She returns to Penn State after eight years at other institutions, most recently at Eckerd College, in St. Petersburg, Fla. Heather previously worked in Penn State’s Smeal College of Business.
