2012 U.S. News and World Report Rankings for the College of Education
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State's College of Education and its graduate programs continue to earn high rankings, as shown in the latest national rankings of graduate programs released on March 15 by US News & World Report.
All of the College's graduate programs appear at least in the top 15 of their respective program rankings, with six programs in the top 10. The College's Higher Education program was again ranked 1st.
The College, as a whole, is now ranked 26th in the nation among 279 colleges of education identified by U.S. News & World Report.

Faculty Productivity Rankings
Several of our programs have also recently been ranked in terms of faculty productivity.
A 2010 article in Contemporary Educational Psychology ranks the College of Education's Educational Psychology Program as 9th worldwide in terms of faculty productivity.
In 2007, rankings listed in the Chronicle of Higher Education ranked faculty in the College's Counselor Education program as 1st in terms of faculty productivity. In the same rankings, faculty in the College's Counseling Psychology program were ranked as 2nd in the nation in terms of faculty productivity.
