Summer Programs

Since the first PEPP Summer Camp program, "Getting in Shape to Communicate", PEPP-McKeesport has routinely offered highly motivated PEPP participants exciting opportunities to attend summer experiential programming.  These summer programs have been typically operated at Penn State Greater Allegheny or University Park Campuses and are usually sponsored by various University Colleges or internal departments and paid for with private grants or gift funds.  Summer experiential programming has proved to be an excellent tool for keeping student minds "sharp" during the extended summer vacation months; a time when many students gain little or no intellectual stimulation.
