MBIT: Local Advisory committee minutes from 2001-2006 were provided. The minutes include a section on motions and updates which explains the action taken on recommendations by the administration or the JOC. The LAC minutes are exceptionally well documented with clear identification of recommendations and specific answers on implementation. (See sample LAC minutes from 11/17/2006, 5/18/2007, & 9/14/2007)
