From the PSSC President
Dear Colleague,
I invite you to consider becoming a member of The Pennsylvania School Study Council. This organization partners with many Pennsylvania school districts to improve education by providing research information, professional development activities, and technical assistance.
PSSC is responsive to the needs of member districts by developing timely and effective programs and strategies to enable districts to meet the diverse challenges they face. The combined expertise of Penn State's College of Education faculty and PSSC Executive Director Dr. Paul Begley provide practical and research-based professional development.
Perhaps the most important among PSSC's roles is the personal contact and collegiality that is fostered by membership.
Sincerely yours,
Thomas M. Shivetts
PSSC President
