Dr. Bill Hartman, Penn State Professor of Education in Educational Leadership
Dr. Hartman is a well-known expert in school finance and focuses on understanding the impacts of the current economic crisis on school districts – the New Fiscal Reality.
Key fiscal issues facing school districts –the worst may be yet to come.
Potential impacts on the fiscal, instructional, and operational components.
Understanding new state and local revenue limitations coupled with mandatory expenditure increases in district budget projections.
A budget planning model to deal with these impacts.
A demonstration of the model’s applicability in your context.
Cost: One sign-up fee includes all webinar attendees at that access site ($15 PSSC member schools; $25 non-member).
