Kim Germino (jer-My'-no) joins Penn State University as a Project Director with the Professional Personnel Development Center. Besides coordinating and teaching the TTE workshops she chairs the annual Strategies: Educational Excellence for Health Care Educators Conference.  She holds a diploma in nursing and a Vocational II teaching certificate in Health Occupations. She is currently working on her degree in Workforce Education at the Pennsylvania State University.

Kim has been a labor and delivery RN since 1982. In August 1993 she began the Health Occupations Program at Tyrone High School, which she taught for ten years. She is active with her church and local fire company and enjoys teaching prenatal classes in her spare time.  When not working, she spends time with her husband, children and granddaughter Lucy Ann.

Sheri began her nursing career as an LPN in obstetrics.  The ensuing years afforded diverse experiences in critical care and long-term care environments as well as teaching registered nurses for five years in China and teaching nursing assistants in the United States.  Her true passion is working collaboratively with nurses and educators who enable individuals to become exemplary nurse aides and provide quality care for residents in their community.  It is an honor to serve as advisor and coordinator of nurse aide training in Pennsylvania and as a contributor in advancing the interconnected relationship of education and health care.  Sheri also enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and four grandchildren.

Patty Callahan has worked in a variety of specialty areas in the acute care setting including Intensive/Critical Care, Emergency Department, Dialysis and Transplant, and Medical and Radiation Oncology. She has been employed in the adult educational program of a Vo-Tech and at Penn College in Williamsport, Pa., as a Heath Science Director responsible for associate degree programs including surgical technology, Health Arts, and a practical nursing program. Mrs. Callahan more recently functioned as a Health Facility Quality Examiner for the Department of Health. Mrs. Callahan lives in Harrisburg with her husband Tom,has three children. and enjoys spending time with the family.

Tim joined the TTE team in 1999, and is a graduate of LaSalle University's MSN program as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Health and Illness. Tim is enthusiastic about everything but really enjoys time with his family, especially his young daughters Danielle & Lillian. He serves as the Regional Director for Nursing for PA and NJ at Lincoln Technical Institute Practical Nursing Program, with schools in Mt. Laurel, Edison, and Paramus, NJ as well as Philadelphia.

Linda has been teaching the TTE workshop since 1999. She brings experience in education, service and administration. She has over 28 years experience teaching in nursing education, both diploma and ADN nursing programs. Linda holds a MSN from the University of Akron. She is married with three children and six grandchildren. She lives on a farm and enjoys keeping and showing horses. She likes the teaching and networking opportunity that the TTE Workshop provides.
