Registration 2010

Fee for entire 4 day workshop:  $200.00   
Fee to attend days 3 and 4 only:  $115.00 (ONLY with approval from PDE)

Credit Card payment is strongly encouraged.

Please complete the form below, click on "register now" found at the bottom of this page, and then confirm registration on the next page with a credit card payment. If you must pay by check or money order, make it payable to "Penn State University" and mail to:

Registration will not be confirmed without a payment of any form!
Payment is nonrefundable!

Please note the following:

  1. Please indicate a second option in the event your first option has been filled.

  2. Payment must be received on or before the registration deadline. NO ONE will be admitted to the workshop without proof of payment

  3. All sessions begin at 8:30 AM and end at 4:00 PM

  4. Workshops may be cancelled at the discretion of Penn State University.
