Brief Biography

 

Dr. Walter is an Associate Professor of Education, Program Coordinator of Workforce Education and Development, and Director of the Professional Personnel Development Center . He holds a B.S. in Vocational Industrial Education from Penn State University, a M.S. ED. in Education Administration from Bucknell University , and a Ph.D. in Vocational Industrial Education from Penn State University . Prior to joining the faculty at Penn State, he was employed by the Department of Vocational-Technical Education at The State University of New York Oswego Campus as Coordinator of the Occupational Competency Assessment and Student Teaching Programs, as well as Off-Campus Programming and Services. He has also been an instructor of Carpentry, a coordinator of Capstone and Diversified Cooperative Education Programs, and a carpenter.
