Department: Educational Psychology, Counseling, & Special Education Dr. Schaefer is an Associate Professor of Education at Penn State who is interested in evaluating interventions and developing assessment tools for use with school-aged children. She is a licensed psychologist and coordinator of the CEDAR School Psychology Clinic which provides psycho educational evaluations for children and youth with academic or behavioral difficulties.
