Dr. Slaney received his Ph.D. in 1973 from the Ohio State University. He has been at Penn State since 1986. He is currently Professor of Counseling Psychology in the Department of Counselor Education, Counseling Psychology, and Rehabilitation Services. His research interests focus on perfectionism.
