Dr. Farmer is Professor Emeritus, and former Department Head of Learning & Performance Systems. He was also the founding Director of Postsecondary Technical & Community College Leadership in the Workforce Education & Development program. He served as an Administrative Fellow in the Office of the Vice President of Research and Dean of the Graduate School. He has worked with school districts, government agencies, and other universities as a career and technical consultant.
