KayLynn Hamilton

Bachelor of Science, Elementary Education; Master of Education, Adult Education

KayLynn has been an adult education practitioner since 1992. She joined the ISAL staff in 2001 as a staff member of ISAL’s workforce education programs. She currently directs the Workforce Education Research Center. www.pawerc.org In this position, KayLynn is responsible for providing leadership for the Pennsylvania Department of Education Bureau of Adult Basic and Literacy Education’s workforce education initiatives. Prior to her work at ISAL, KayLynn served as the professional development coordinator for the Central Northeast Professional Development Center through the Central Intermediate Unit #10. She also was a middle school social studies teacher in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Areas of interest include professional development and workforce development as they relate to adult basic education.
