Angelic Hardy joined the Institute for the Study of Adult Literacy at The Pennsylvania State University as a Workforce Education Training Specialist in January 2007. She works as the training coordinator for the Workforce Education Research Center (WERC). Her responsibilities in this position include coordinating, developing and/or delivering face-to-face and on-line professional development training. She also assists with technical assistance for the WERC’s PA WIN and WorkABLE affiliated agencies.
