Wendy joined the staff of ISAL in January 2007 as Program Management Assistant. As a staff member of the Pennsylvania Department of Education Bureau of Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) Workforce Education Research Center Professional Development Center, Wendy coordinates the PA WIN program. Wendy also is a staff member of the Pennsylvania Literacy Corps and National Institute for Literacy’s LINCS Workforce Competitiveness and Basic Skills Resource Collections.
