The office administers approximately $8 million in annual expenditures for externally funded research, instruction, and outreach projects. These projects result from proposals submitted to external funding agencies and foundations by faculty, staff, and graduate students. The office also coordinates the graduate degree granting programs in the College of Education and is the liaison to the Graduate School and other graduate programs in the University. Faculty development programs provided by the office aid both new and seasoned faculty in improving the quality of teaching, research, and service.
