Office of International Programs
Welcome to the Office of International Programs!
The Office of International Programs supports faculty and students as they engage in international activities that will further the College, themselves, and our world.
This includes research, study abroad, exchange programs, support of visiting scholars, use of concepts and literature in classes that challenge students to think from a global perspective, and much more.
The Humphrey Fellowship Program is a one-year non-degree program of combined academic and professional development opportunities. It brings accomplished mid-career professionals from designated countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East to selected universities in the United States for public service, advanced study, professional training, and work-related experiences.
The Penn State Experiential Collaborative Engagement Leadership (ExCEL) Program is designed to empower higher education professionals from around the world to become transformative leaders through immersive experiences, collaborative learning, and the cultivation of essential leadership skills.
