An Affiliate Program Group of the College of Education Alumni Society and the Penn State Alumni Association
HEPAC is an Affiliate Program Group chartered by the College of Education Alumni Society, focused on promoting alumni engagement. HEPAC connects Higher Education Programs and the Center for Study of Higher Education (CSHE) and collaborates with the College of Education to advance strategic objectives.
