Eligibility
The following is a complete list of scholarships and eligibility requirements for undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled, or who will be enrolled, in Penn State's College of Education at University Park.
Please note that nearly all College of Education scholarships are awarded based on financial need. Penn State policy establishes the FAFSA as the sole measure of financial need. Information about the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is available at the U.S. Department of Education's official FAFSA website.
The College of Education’s Scholarship Committee makes decisions on college-wide scholarships/awards and is comprised of individuals in the following positions:

General Scholarships
John C. and Susanne Blough Abbott Scholarship in Education
Undergraduate students who are majoring in or planning to major in a teacher preparation program in the College of Education who have demonstrated financial need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses. First preference shall be given to students who are planning to teach in urban areas after graduation. Benefactors: John C. and Susanne Blough* Abbott
Mary Ann Landis Alexander Destiny Scholarship

Nancy S. Arnold Scholarship Fund
Full-time undergraduate students who are enrolled in the College of Education who have demonstrated an interest in teaching in the Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
