College of Education Parking Permits

How to obtain a parking permit for faculty and staff in the College of Education:

Every faculty/staff employee (regardless of shift or office location) wishing to use parking facilities at University Park campus, including Innovation Park, must register their vehicle with Transportation Services and, while parked on campus, properly display an authorized parking permit.

Non-University Park Penn State faculty/staff permits are only valid in Orange Open Staff Lots, Stadium West, Jordan East, or Porter North during lot reservation hours.

All permits remain the property of PSU and must be returned upon request. Permits are specific to the employee and the vehicles (license plates) to which they are registered. Permits may not be transferred, sold, or duplicated.

College of Education employees seeking parking are asked to complete the parking permit section of the Operations Request Form.

Please contact the Operations Office, for questions or concerns.

How to obtain a parking permit for Students:

All students (undergraduate, graduate, continuing education, part-time, full-time, or adjunct) wishing to use parking facilities at University Park campus, (at any time, for any reason), including Innovation Park, must register their vehicle with the Transportation Services Office and, while parked on campus, properly display an authorized parking permit.

Please contact Penn State Transportation Services, for more information.

To add or remove a vehicle or change the vehicle's information, please use the parking office's online registration portal to update this information. More information can be found here: https://transportation.psu.edu/manage-vehicle-information.

Please note that any unregistered vehicle or vehicles not associated with a permit which receives a parking ticket and remains unpaid after 30 days will be sent to a collections process for payment.
