Events Guidance
Penn State College of Education departments and administrative units must purchase their own swag or giveaway items. The College Events Office does not have a budget to purchase these items and does not keep an inventory of these items for distribution
for departmental events. For information regarding licensing and Penn State branded items, please contact the Penn State's Office of Licensing Programs.

The food for departmental events should be ordered/organized by the departmental staff. When possible, caterers who provide delivery services should be used. It is the departmental staff's responsibility to arrange for food pickup and delivery. Event set-up, tear-down, and clean-up are the responsibility of the host department.
